BSF Integrated Water Tech System are recognized as refrigerant gas atmospheric water generators ( AWG’s ), that were limited in many latitudes on the planet, but most refrigerant gas AWG’s can only condense and dehumidify water, where actual humidity is more than 30% with temperature ranges over 70° For 20° C. The issues of water condensation restricted the use of AWG’s to tropical and sub-tropical regions, significantly restricting the ability to become a standard “household appliance”. With engineering break through of TCS ™ modules, we can now produce pure fresh drinking water in virtually any latitude and at a power cost substantially less than current AWG’s. The Blue Sky Farm Module will utilize advanced TCS ™ technology that eliminates the need for refrigerant-based compressor technology.
A single TCS ™ module can produce up to 100 gallons per day ( G P D ) of water from the atmosphere within an 18-24-hour period; depending on actual humidity levels in respective regions. These patented units will be deployed in an industrial, scalable, rack-mounted array of TCS ™ 100 GPD modules. Collectively these arrays each produce 500 to 100,000 GPD and are scalable for even larger applications.
A single 100 GPD TCS ™ module requires no more than 12-24 VDC or 120 Watts of AC power to operate. The lower power demands make it possible to utilize alternative and renewable energy supplies! TCS ™ Units can be adapted to any machine size requirements, 10, 15, 30, up to10,000 liters or gallons; and scaled up to virtually any capacity. If any project requires more than 10,000 liters, the system is engineered into rack system; each unit independent from the other. This is how BSF Module can accomplish producing 1 Million gallons per day.
This rack system is nearly unlimited, making it possible to add multiple modular units required to meet the needs of the farmer or commercial business as our clients require. Each modular unit can be individually boxed or set with a custom array or designed rack system, according to individual space limitations. This makes the TCS ™ system versatile and easily managed while insuring a consistent supply of water. If a unit is defective, through a unique “Comsat” package, a notification signal is monitored thus allowing for rapid replacement without loss of production.
· Since the TCS ™ Technology can produce almost any water quantity desired, it can be installed in environments similar to those of wastewater Lift Stations. By placing the source of water closer to end users, large scale projects are not required and transmission, distribution and delivery ( TDD ) infrastructure costs are reduced, if required at all.
· The patented BSF Integrated Water Tech System ™ technology enable the TCS ™ Systems to operate at very high levels of efficiency! TCS ™ requires about 1/5th the current wattage and amps conventional refrigerant gas dependent AWG machines use. Significantly reduced energy demands enable TCS ™ systems to be powered with alternative and renewable energy such as solar, wind, or the combination of both. BSF Integrated Water Tech System ™ goes even further as we have teamed with an advanced energy technology partner whose conservation equipment can reduce TCS ™ demand by up to an additional 80%.
· Producing a new alternative water supply means the options for deployment of the TCS™ technology are unlimited. Where water is needed for restoring freshwater flows in a river riparian environment, TCS™ can serve that need creating ten-fold beneficial impacts to the region in recreation, biodiversity, tourism, economic stimulus, stable tax bases, resiliency and a higher quality of life for all.
· Around the world all communities face the same six central issues: Water, Power, Food, Waste, Health and Jobs. Through the TCS™ technology, BSF Integrated Water Tech System™ addresses all six of these issues with every project we undertake minimizing negative environmental impacts and reducing carbon and water footprints. Through our approach, communities become united through water resource stability. The unification creates the type of collaboration that builds on itself as communities realize with stable water supplies, unlimited options exist for sustainable growth.
· A decentralized, low energy demand, sustainable and reliable water supply is also very cost effective. San Diego installed their new desalination water supply project with a capacity of over 20 MGD, the per new gallon capital expense was over $23.00 or $460,000,000 US dollars. This did not include distribution, operation and maintenance costs which are very high with desalination. This equates to increased water supply costs for end users which will raise water process costs from an already high $5.50/1000 gallons to over $10.50/1000 gallons.
· The TCS™ technology per gallon capital expense is projected at less than $15.00. Now, combine that with placing the water source closer to the end users and total project costs are reduced even further.
BSF Integrated Water Tech Partner respectfully welcomes the opportunity to become a valued team member on the Blue S k y F a r m Project and believes our new water supply technology is perfectly suited to the project. The TCS™ technology is proposed to serve as the water supply source for a large scale vertical hydroponic farm project. Without detailed engineering, BSF partners believe our technology can be deployed at multiple locations throughout the structure, to place the water supply closer to the end use. Additionally, the proximity affords gravity flow options which should reduce energy demands. Also important is recirculation of waste waters. As TCS™ uses relative humidity levels to maximize water production volumes, gravity flow from an upper floor can serve as makeup humidity water for a lower floor, and tank storage for all other applicable features of the BSF Module.
